Chimney Repoint and Lead Flashing Renewal

This project involved essential restoration work to multiple chimney stacks.

Our team began by removing deteriorated mortar and cleaning down the brickwork before carrying out a full chimney repoint, restoring the structural integrity and weather resistance of each stack.

We then renewed the lead flashing around the base of the chimneys, ensuring a watertight seal between the brickwork and the roof surface to prevent future leaks and damp ingress.

Finally, the chimney pots were realigned and securely re-bedded, leaving the stacks fully protected and visually refreshed - ready to withstand the elements for years to come.
