K Rend Dash System with EWI Installation, Lake District

Even the cold Cumbrian weather couldn’t stop progress on this exterior insulation and rendering project in the Lake District!

Our team fitted a complete External Wall Insulation (EWI) system to improve energy efficiency and eliminate cold bridging throughout the property. Condensation vents were added to maintain healthy airflow, and extended cills were formed to suit the new insulation depth - providing a neat, professional finish.

The walls were then finished with a K Rend pebble dash system, creating a clean, durable, and weather-resistant exterior. Following completion, the walls were temperature-tested and confirmed to be at the same temperature as the interior - proving the effectiveness of the insulation system.

The result: a beautifully finished home that’s warmer, drier, and built to withstand the elements. Another happy customer and another great result in the Lakes!
